Short version:
Guy and his girlfriend are frequent Stumbler users so he contacts Stumbler team and works with them to set up an elaborate stumble that end with him proposing at the end of the rainbow per se......very clever and unique.
I have to say, pretty corny but def one of those unique proposals that would be great to tell to your kids someday.
