Floyd Mayweather Jr. remains unbeaten by knocking out Victor Ortiz - ESPN:

'via Blog this'

Overview: Mayweather was dominating the fight with steady right hands and his as advertised vaunted quick defense when in the 4th round Ortiz appeared to headbutt Mayweather intentionally. When the headbutt occurred Mayweather had won each previous round in 2 of the judges scorecards and was ahead 2-1 on the third judges. Coming out of the break, after Ortiz planted a kiss on Floyd's cheek and semi-hugged him in an aparent apology, "Money" Mayweather quickly landed a straight left and then followed with his prototypical right that dazed Ortiz enough to end the fight. Afterword it was a little bit of he did this, he did that, with both sides claiming the standard "I did what I was supposed to do, you should always protect yourself", and the "I followed the referee's instructions exactly and Mayweather swung before I had begun fighting again" ect ect.

The talk before and after were pretty much the standard bravado and everything went just about as expected. Maybe a little quicker then most had planned but overall it was about what you'd expect from a Floyd "Money" Mayweather fight. Lots of talk.....some great defense that keeps the opponent at bay....some controversy inside and outside the ring......and Floyd standing victorious at the end.......THAT'S UNDEFEATED IN 42 PROFESSIONAL FIGHTS INCASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW!
